Is the contractor responsible for migrating the date for the RAULAND software from the old server to the new? No, VA will have Rauland Tech Support either on station or via phone for install? Is the testing to be done during normal hours (8am 5pm M-F) or afterhours?               Testing will occur during normal business hours M-F 6AM 430PM. If contractor is responsible for the RAULAND installation. Will there be a representative from the VA to assist? Bidder/Contractor is not responsible for Rauland software installation.  Rauland Tech Support and VA reps will be onsite during hardware installation After going through the opportunity, I understand you need installation and removal services including testing. I believe Bay Pines Hospitals will be procuring the servers i.e hardware. You need only support services of server administrator? Bidder will procure server for the VA and will remove old and install new server with the assistance of the VA.
