Accessibility

The General Services Administration is committed to making the System for Award Management (SAM) accessible for all visitors with disabilities.

To meet this commitment, we comply with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d)(link is external).Section 508 requires that individuals with disabilities, who are federal employees or members of the public seeking information or services from us have access to and use of information and data that is comparable to the information provided to federal employees or the public who are not individuals with disabilities, unless an undue burden would be imposed on us.

We follow many accessibility best practices beyond the basics of Section 508. In addition, we offer tips for using screen readers(link is external) to navigate the SAM website.

If you have a problem interacting with the SAM website because of difficulties with assistive technologies, contact the Federal Service Desk at www.fsd.gov(link is external) or 866-606-8220. Please indicate the nature of your accessibility problem so we can best provide support.
