SAM.gov Contract Awards Management and Legacy FPDS will be unavailable this Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST to complete required security upgrades. 
 

GSA deployed updates to SAM.gov to resolve known issues with the Subcontracting Plan Reporting system. Contractor users should review their Workspaces to ensure they can successfully create and submit their Individual Subcontracting Reports (ISR). Mid-year ISRs are due July 14, 2026. The SBA issued a 30-day extension to submit the mid-year Individual Subcontracting Reports (ISR). With this extension, ISRs will be due June 14, 2026. Please refer to the SBA memo FY2026 Mid-Year Subcontract Plan Reporting Extension for additional details.

The Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) is streamlining the FAR to its statutory roots and to policies necessary to support sound procurement.
