Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State:  Florida

City:  Homestead and surrounding communities

Delineated Area:

North: Silver Palm Drive from Krome Avenue to SW 112th Avenue. The northern boundary also extends northerly along SW 112th Avenue to Old Cutler Road (aka Ingraham Hwy) and along Old Cutler Road from SW 112th Avenue northerly to SW 174th Street;

East: Coconut Palm Drive from SW 112th Avenue to SW 107th Avenue to SW 304th Street to SW 112th Avenue to SW 316th Street to SW 117th Avenue to SW 328th Street;

South: SW 328th Street (aka N. Canal Path) from SW 117th Avenue to Tallahassee Road to E. Palm Drive to SE 28th Avenue to SW 328th Street to US Highway 1. The southern boundary also includes an extension along US Highway 1 from SW 328th Street southerly to Mile Marker 97 in Key Largo;

West: US Highway 1 (N. Homestead Blvd.) from E. Palm Drive to SW 264th Street, westerly to Krome Avenue (FL-997) and northerly to Silver Palm Drive.

Additional Requirements:

Properties for consideration may not be adjacent to, or within close proximity of educational facilities, religious facilities, retail facilities or within a residential neighborhood.

  • If space offered is not on the first floor, a minimum of two passenger or freight elevators must be provided, unless offered building is a single tenant facility;
  • Offered space must be contiguous;
  • Offered building must not be within 1,000 feet of schools, daycares, or hotels;
  • Access required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year;
  • Secured parking for the GOVs will be required.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.

Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to the advertisement.
