GSA deployed updates to SAM.gov to resolve known issues with the Subcontracting Plan Reporting system. Contractor users should review their Workspaces to ensure they can successfully create and submit their Individual Subcontracting Reports (ISR). The mid-year ISR will be due June 14, 2026.
