Description
The Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM), on behalf of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) has awarded task order GS00Q14AJC0008. This was done under Task Order Request (TOR) GSC-QF0B-14-32892, Marine Corps Tier 2/3 Capabilities Within Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Security Range, in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i).
The contractor, ManTech International Corporation (ManTech), shall continue to provide the Government with the IT services necessary to implement a virtual "copy" of the MCEN Tier 2/3 environment. This environment will allow validation of MCEN architectures and perform gap analysis from normalization to optimization.
The purpose of this is interim task order is to continue support so a break in service does not occur while the Government solicits a competitive acquisition, which is currently in-process. A determination by the Government not to compete this awarded task order lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
