629th MI BN Annual Training Meals

Purpose: The Maryland National Guard is soliciting quotes to provide meals (BREAKFAST, LUNCH DINNER) for Soldiers in support ofAnnual Training mission at Blum Military Reservation, 10901 Notchcliff Road Glen Arm, MD 21057-9998.Soldier count will remain 175 Soldiers for the entire annual training mission 12-26 May 2022.

May 16-26 BREAKFAST
175 SM x 11 days 
May 16-25 DINNER
175 SM x 10 days 
May 12-15 LUNCH
175 SM x 4 days 

Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format prescribed in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not
be issued. Solicitation W912K6‐22‐Q‐0012 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The
results of this requirement will be a Firm-Fixed priced (FFP) contract issued in accordance
with FAR 13.5 procedures. The right to make multiple awards or no award is reserved in the
event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this
procurement is 722320 Caterer a small business size standard of $8,000,000.00. This RFQ
incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03. This requirement will be awarded on a commercial item Firm-Fixed Price contract under procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13. Offer must be valid for 30 days. FAR Provisions and Clauses applicable to this acquisition can be obtained from the following website, http://Acquisition.gov.
Requirements:
This is a new requirement, there is no incumbent. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide meals (Breakfast & Dinner) for Soldiers in support of training mission at Blum Military Reservation, Maryland.
Contract Type and Evaluation Criteria: A single firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the vendor that is the lowest priced and most advantageous to the government.
