Description

The Contractor shall provide a total laboratory automation system (TLAS) with equipment and appropriate connections capable of clinical laboratory testing in chemistry, immunochemistry, hematology, coagulation, and serology, along with all necessary reagents, tools, materials, personnel training, auxiliary systems (e.g., water purification and uninterruptable power supplies, automatic refrigerated sample archiving, single-point remote access to TLAS-connected analyzers), and services necessary to meet the testing and analysis requirements for DPALS at LRMC. The Contractor shall provide equipment and appropriate connections capable of clinical laboratory testing in chemistry along with all necessary reagents, tools, materials, personnel training, auxiliary systems (e.g., water purification and uninterruptable power supplies), and services necessary to meet the testing and analysis requirements for laboratories at the Army Health Clinics at SHAPE and Grafenwoehr.

Amendment(s): It is preferred to receive the signed conformed SF1449 document. Alternatively the original SF1449 can be submitted along with the Amendments (SF30s) if all documents are signed.
