General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:
State: Wisconsin
City: Milwaukee
Delineated Area: Central Business District bound as follows:
North – North Avenue
East – Lake Michigan
West – North South Freeway
South – Menomonee River
Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,887
Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,181

Additional Requirements:
- Offered space cannot be located on the 1st floor. Space offered above the 3rd floor is preferred.
- Four (4) protected (fenced) parking spaces are required for oversized SUVs.
- The site will have an incorporated or adjacent Parking Garage with (i) physical separation from public vehicle traffic, (ii) a ceiling clearance of at least 6’8”, and (iii) a section capable of handling a limited number of vehicles in excess of 5 tons.
- The building must be able to provide for a dedicated /non-public route (i.e. passenger and/or freight elevator that can be locked) between the offered space and the parking garage.
- The offered space may not be located near ledges or balconies.
- The offered space may not be located near foreign entities.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
