Project 691-903 Design Build Services - Replace Seismically Deficient Animal Research Buildings 47 and 103 Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center, 16111 Plummer Street, North Hills, California 91343 The Project Labor Agreement previously removed as announced in Amendment A0003 of this solicitation is now reinstated in the solicitation due to the rescindment of the Class Deviation to waive the requirements for project labor agreements implemented at FAR subpart 22.5, Use of Project Labor Agreements for Federal Construction Projects, FAR 36.104(c), Policy, FAR 52.222-33, Notice of Requirement for Project Labor Agreement, and FAR 52.222-34, Project Labor Agreement. Request for Qualifications are hereby extended to March 3, 2025 at 4PM/PST.
