Description

The scope of work is to utilize Comfort Zone™, or acquire brand or equal to, software and the complete range of services necessary to provide FDA with verification of proper installation, creation, and maintenance of the Comfort Zone™, brand or equal, software and corresponding ancillary systems. The task areas include management, installation services, and maintenance services within FDA's IT infrastructure, including all environments; ultimately supporting the agency's mission to protect and promote the health and safety of its employees.

  • Reduction of manual activities such as ergonomic report production by ensuring the functionality of Comfort Zone™ software, brand or equal to, software.
  • Provide customization of Comfort Zone™ software, brand or equal to, software to be in accordance with FDA IT regulations and policies.
  • Provide Comfort Zone™ software, brand or equal to, software licenses.
