Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order pursuant to Federal Acquisition Requisition Part 13.106-1(b)(1). The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs, Office of Acquisition Management/Investigations and Operations Support intends to award to Mystaire Inc, 1200 Telecom Drive, Creedmoor, NC 27522, a small business, for extended warranty service for five fuming chamber units in support of the Latent Print Section of the HSI Forensic Laboratory.  This service cannot be provided by any other vendor without voiding the manufacturer’s warranty on the government owned equipment.

This notice is information purposes only and is not a request for quotation.  No solicitation document is available, and telephone or email requests for technical information will not be honored.  No contract will be awarded based on offers received in response to this notice.
