Description

FAA seeks to lease the following space:

  1. City/State: Paso Robles, California
  2. Delineated Area (see map attachment):

NORTH: At the point beginning of Estrella Road at North River Road travel east on Estrella Road

EAST:  Continue east/southeast on Estrella Road to Rt. 46 West. Follow 46 West to Union Road.

SOUTH: Follow Union Road to Geneseo Road. Turn left on Geneseo Road. Continue South on Geneseo Road then turn left onto Creston Road. Follow Creston Road to Cripple Creek Road and make a left. Continue South on Cripple Creek Road to El Pomar Drive. Make a left on El Pomar Drive.

WEST:  Continue West on El Pomar Drive. Follow El Pomar to Templeton Road/Vineyard Drive. Continue on Vineyard to Route 101 North. Follow 101 North to 46 East. Continue on 46 East to River Road traveling Northbound. Continue on River Road/North River Road to the point of the beginning at Estrella Road.

  2. Term (incl. Options): 10 years
  3. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. 

All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered.

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which are included within the attached Draft Lease.

The Government will award a Lease only if the Lease will score as an operating lease under Office of Management and Budget Circular A-11, Appendix A. Only offers that are compliant with operating lease criteria will be eligible for award. Offerors are required to provide supporting documentation at the request of the RECO to facilitate the Government’s determination in this regard.

All vendors responding to this announcement are responsible for ensuring that documents submitted contain the appropriate proprietary marking.
