CONTINUATION PAGE Are you able to obtain the Model numbers and Serial numbers for the two Centra R120 s, I noticed it was not included, and we need to ensure we have the correct consumables for these two systems built into the PM.     Model and serial numbers for the Centra R120 s. Model #: BIOPURE 120, Serial #MBIO120J2732321. This is for both units. Could you please provide the internal DI pack consumables exchange frequency?  We are not sure of the DI pack usage. Please follow manufacture specifications.    What size and type of filters housings are installed prior to the Flex and Centra units? Please provide photos or any information available. We would like to get clarification on what filters they may be using if possible but minimally what size filter housing and the quantity they have at each location.       There is only 1 prefilter at each location for the flex Units. There is an illustration of the filter below. The PURELAB Flex 3 s come with optional Points of Use filters, do you know if these are being utilized?   See photo below, these connect to the dispenser at the point of use.  A. Yes, there are point of use filters and they are being used. Please refer to manufacture specifications for changing filters. The Solicitation in section 7 under protection of property, this suggests that the venders should take precaution against damage to the Building(s), grounds, and furnishings: Do you know if these systems are all equipped with a leak detection/isolation kit, and if not, is this something you would like to see included in this bid?  No, the system is not equipment with a leak detection/isolation kit. I do not want to include this device.   It is unclear what is being asked for in the section B.2 Price/Cost schedule for each line item. Can you please confirm our understanding of the below summary of each line item: 0001 this is the parts only for a comprehensive PM service coverage of the collective set of 17 total systems for a full year, delivered at one time? Please follow SOW and manufacture specifications on frequencies of PMs and parts needed for PM s. 0002 This is the price per individual system s service visit for the labor to provide the PM of that one system---if we suggest 2 visits per year to align with the suggested consumables exchange frequency this would be a total of 34 visits billable at this unit price and the amount is the overall total. Please follow SOW and manufacture specifications. This quote was based on 2 visits per year. 0003 What does the Travel Zone 2 line item pertain to?  Should the amount column reflect a travel charge for the full estimated service visit quantity?
