The Veterans Health Administration Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) is seeking contractors to provide third-party pharmacy benefit services. This service is needed to provide Veterans with their 1st fill of drugs prescribed by the VA when VA pharmacies are incapable of doing so, such as in the case of after-hours emergency room visits and Community Based Outreach Clinics (CBOCs).
