Description
This award is for Contract Emergency Residential Housing Services as part of its community based Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program. Services shall be performed for the VA Finger Lakes Health Care System - Canandaigua VA Medical Center located at 400 Fort Hill Ave., Canandaigua, NY 14424.
