General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Michigan

City: Detroit

Delineated Area: N: 16 Mile Road; S: 9 Mile Road W; E: Gratiot Avenue W: Dequindre St.

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,632

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,632

Additional Requirements:

  • Two phase project – space to be secured and then build out after occupancy
  • Heated indoor warehouse space (45 – 50 degrees)
  • Any outdoor storage would need to be fenced
  • Small office of approximately 250 sf for 1-2 employees
  • Empty space within the warehouse for training (size TBD)
  • Caged storage within the warehouse is needed to store personal property (car radios, etc.); shipping container could work
  • IDS and keyed locks required
  • Warehouse to be large enough to accommodate and tractor trailer turning radius or a pull through
  • Three 20’ tractor trailers, generator on a trailer and 15 vehicles (tech ops vehicles; to be plugged in) to be stored within the warehouse space
  • Dock doors need to be a minimum of 14’x14’
  • Cannot be within 500’ feet of a school, church, daycare or residential

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year”/“500-Year”] floodplain).
