The successful contractor shall provide environmental services to survey aggregations of seabirds within the Tinian MLA and provide reports needed to maintain compliance with environmental planning and regulatory processes, including the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), Sikes Act (P.L. 86-797, as amended, 16 USC§ 670), and NEPA, as applicable. These federal and local government environmental mandates require all action proponents to use the best available science to conduct an assessment of potential impacts on protected migratory species arising from mission activities. All work shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is Twelve (12) months from the date of award. This Request for Quotation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency.
All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted via this website. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL OFFERORS TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE DAILY FOR ANY NOTICES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotations must be received by this office no later than 4:30 p.m. (Guam time/UTC +10) on Thursday, February 8, 2024.
