Description

This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24221R0010- Project Number 526-14-111 Advanced metering Phase 2 at the James J. Peters VAMC Bronx New York, 130 West Kingsbridge Road Bronx New York. This shall be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 237120 and has a size standard of $39.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. Scope of Work: provide labor, material and supervision to install a complete and fully functional centralized Utility Metering System. Utilities include electric, natural gas, steam, water, chill water, etc. The associated software used must be compatible to the enterprise software package used by the existing systems including the Square D Power Logic software, to connect to the existing facilities meters and gather information. Besides monitoring flow and energy data, the software shall be an integrated full service energy solution which will address metering and commodity analysis. The software shall be capable to generate data graphing, time period selection, perform trending analysis, and generate alarms to alert O&M staff for abnormal conditions, installation of new and replacement equipment, necessary removal of existing structures and certain other items as required by the drawings and specifications. Project Completion: 547 Calendar Days All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on https://beta.sam.gov/. The solicitation will be released on or about November 16, 2020. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding and all responses/submissions shall be in electronic format; faxed bids will not be accepted. All prospective offerors must be currently registered in www.sam.gov and be registered and verified as a SDVOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
