Award Notice: resulting from solicitation 36C25723B0016; Network Contracting Office, NCO17, has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract, 36C25723C0016, to FHC Contracting Inc., to Replace AHU s COVID Wards 6J-6K, located at the Olin E. Teague VA Medical Center, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, tooling, lifting equipment, infection control and supervision for the replacement and installation of new Air Handler Units, valves, piping, electrical connection, wire and conduits, temporary units, construction barriers, dust control and infection control as per to complete all project work current Central Texas Health Care System guidelines. The completed AHU units must be able to communicate with the existing Johnson Controls Matasys system. It is recommended bidders attend the scheduled Pre-Bid Site to be fully acquainted with existing site conditions and scope of work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the SOW, Specifications, and Drawings issues with the solicitation.
