Description

The contractor shall provide all non-personal services to include personnel, personal protective equipment (PPE), equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform transient alert services on all transient aircraft arriving and departing Hurlburt Field, FL. TA services shall include management of arrival services, processing services, departure services, emergency services, special event services. Transient aircraft services are required for aircraft as defined in Department of the Air Force Instruction (DAFI) 21-101, Aircraft and Equipment Maintenance Management. Services shall be conducted in strict compliance with local, Air Force, Department of Defense, Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA), and Department of the Air Force Occupation Safety & Health (DAFOSH) standards mandating safety requirements for military air operations.  The contractor shall perform aircraft wash services as defined in this PWS for the 1st Special Operations Wing at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The contractor shall be responsible for washing the following types of aircraft: CV-22s and a variance of C-130 MDSs (i.e., MC-130H, MC-130J, EC-130J, AC-130W, and AC-130J). The wash services shall be conducted in strict compliance with local, Department of the Air Force, Department of Defense, Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA), and Air Force Occupation Safety & Health (AFOSH) standards mandating instructions & safety requirements for military/civilian operations.  The contractor shall provide all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), services, and labor to accomplish freshwater rinse procedures on the following airpark display items: twenty-three (23) aircraft/aircraft plaques, one (1) bomb, one (1) statue, two (2) monument walls, forty-one (41) plaques.
