Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) developmental support, analytical or process support and technical support with the current Telephone Call Center and OVAHCS Telephone System. The intent is to immediately improve operations and efficiency of the OVAHCS phone system at a corporate level, to include all sites of care. This includes: Evaluation of the functionality and efficiency of the current OVAHCS telephone system, to include all sites of care. Develop, design, and implement an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to manage call traffic and intelligently route calls amongst groups & users balancing peaks and valleys of call flows efficiently, and offers live statical data, assists with evaluation of facility requirements and support levels. This will require the determination of the level of centralization, the number of ACD groups and which services will be established on the ACD system. Determine the compatibility of the proposed solution as the OVAHCS prepares to transition to a new CISCO phone system in 2024. This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5).  This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government.  This is not a solicitation.  This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach.  The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.  Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey.  For the purpose of this RFI, the NAICS code is 517121 Telecommunication Resellers (Telephone Call Centers). This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. Interested parties shall provide a capability statement that addresses the organization s qualifications and ability to perform as a prime contractor to. Capability statements shall include the following business information: SAM UEI number Organization Name Organization Address Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) Business size for NAICS: 517121 Socio-economic status (e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, WO, etc.) Narrative that addresses the organization s qualification and ability to perform and provide the OVAHCS with the developmental support, analytical support, and technical support to immediately improve operations and efficiency of the OVAHCS phone system. Provide evidence of the required managerial experience to provide the specified support needed in managing ACD Design and Development and Telephone Call Centers for a large facility such as the OVAHCS, to include all sites.
