Description
The 136th Airlift Wing requires an upgrade to the HVAC system in building 4160. The existing Schneider controls have reached the end of their service life, necessitating the replacement of components and integration of the system with the base's Niagara Direct Digital Controls (DDC) system. The intent is to remove the existing HVAC DDC equipment and install a new control system that meets existing capabilities and integrates into the base's DDC control system. The Government requires the installation of a pre-procured direct expansion (DX) unit.
This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
