On September 15, 2022, the Office of Professional Services and Human Capital (PSHC) will release the eighth in a series of program updates to keep industry abreast of the latest news on the development of OASIS+.
This update includes the remaining draft Qualifications Matrices for the initial phase of the procurement. The following domains are now included in the Qualifications Matrix document:
- Facilities (Unrestricted)
- Intelligence (Small Business and Unrestricted)
- Logistics (Small Business and Unrestricted)
- Research and Development (Small Business and Unrestricted)

On August 12, 2022, the Office of Professional Services and Human Capital (PSHC) will release the seventh in a series of program updates to keep industry abreast of the development of the new services Multi-Agency Contract.
This update will include draft Section B, G and H of the Small Business OASIS+ Request for Proposals. In addition, an updated draft Qualifications Matrix document will be shared to add qualifying criteria for the Unrestricted and Small Business Environmental and Facilities Domains.

THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) is issued in accordance with FAR 15.201(d) & (e). This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Quotation (RFQ), and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response to this request. All information contained in this RFI is preliminary and is subject to change if, and when, a solicitation is issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract. If a competitive solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the SAM.gov website. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this RFI, or future solicitations.
