Description
The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other items necessary to perform all operations in connection with the inspection, testing, recharging, and maintenance of installed wet chemical fire extinguishing systems. At a minimum, the contractor will be trained and certified in the maintenance of each pre-engineered fire suppression system in accordance with (IAW) the manufacturer’s installation and maintenance manual and licensed as required by Florida Statutes, specifically Title XXXVII, Section 633, and Rule 69A-21. Contractor shall only be paid for actual service performed against this contract and approved by the government. The estimated quantities of work are listed in Appendix E1. The contractor shall maintain accurate records for all installed systems. Records of maintenance shall include all information required in referenced publications listed in the performance work statement (PWS).
A site visit will be conducted on Thursday, January 16th, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. CST. The contracting officer will need to be notified 48 hours in advance of the site visit. Contractor’s will be limited to no more than two personnel. Submit Attachment 3 with names of those who will be at the site visit. Any questions resulting from the Site Visit must be submitted by Tuesday Janurary 21st, 2025 at 4:30pm CST.
