Description
Amendment 0003 to Solicitation W91QVN21R0268
The pupose of this amendment are as follows:
A. Provide Answers to Questions.
B. Change the CLIN structure on the solicitation.
C. Changed f rom Statement of Work (SOW) to Performance Work Statement (PWS).
D. Changed the requirement on Technical Sub-Factor 2 (Prior Experience) from Prime Contractor's to Contractor's.
E. All questions regarding this amendment shall be emailed to SSG Tanco, Daniel at daniel.tancocorrea.mil@army.mil no later than 15 February 2022 at 13:00 PM KST. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered.
This solicitation is conducted under the LCS program and will result in a contract between the Government of the Republic of Korea (ROK) and the contractor. All LCS work must be accomplished in the ROK or its territorial waters and that all equipment and supplies that are to be acquired with ROK Government funds shall be manufactured in the ROK, and all LCS service work shall be carried out by Korean contractor(s).
