Description

Department of Veterans Affairs ( VA ) seeks to lease 15,000 ABOA sq ft. of medical office space and sixty (60) parking spaces for use by the VA as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) by the VA in Warsaw, Indiana. This lease acquisition has been set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. VA will consider space located in an existing building as well as a building being constructed for multi-tenant use and not specifically a build-to-suit for VA use only.
