Description
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Texas Integration & Recovery Office (TIRO) is soliciting quotations for new office cubicle furniture for delivery and installation at its office in Houston, Texas. It is expected to issue a firm fixed-price purchase order for the delivery and installation of office cubicle furniture. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business entities that reside or primarily perform in the locality of Presidentially Declared Disaster Area of DR-4332-TX (Hurricane Harvey) within the state of Texas.
The office furniture configuration is for an open concept office layout with desks to be used in a desk sharing/hoteling office environment in which communication is easy to all workers assigned to the area.
This requirement is for:
1) A quantity of 44 L-Shaped 5 ft. x 6 ft. workstations
2) A quantity of 11 L-Shaped 6 ft. x 8 ft. workstations
All workstations shall have a minimum of one (1) three-drawer pedestal and two return surfaces. The file cabinet pedestal must include a lock with two keys.
The proposed office furniture must be of a single consistent color, preferably grey or neutral tones.
The photos in the solicitation represent examples of the desired configurations. Offers do not have to be the exact furniture depicted in the photos but must meet or exceed the desired configuration of L-Shaped with at least one 3-drawer locking file pedestal and two returns. This is not a brand name request.
The 11 workstations 6 ft. x 8 ft. in size will preferably have a clear window in the surrounding upper surfaces, as demonstrated in the examples included within the Solicitation.
