How are service calls to be billed?
The Contractor shall submit invoices on a monthly basis in the arrears.
Is the contract to be a full maintenance fire alarm contract?
Yes, this agreement shall consist of maintenance of the Fire Alarm system consisting of adjustment, calibration, component replacement of the control panel, field devices, UPS, and batteries.

Regarding the statement in the scope that the contract is required to contain all water during testing, this is not possible with a fire pump. Does the system have a closed-loop bypass? This would allow no flow testing. Also, if discharge on the ground is necessary for the pump, are we required to utilize dechlorination tabs?

Because of the repair of critical system problems, the contractor is required to provide a dedicated direct employee to ensure all work is performed with on-site supervision during all work hours.
