This is a solicitation notice for a contract for U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Region 4, GSA Public Building Service, Elevator Replacement/Modernization, Miami Florida

Elevator System Replacement at the Claude Pepper Federal Building , 51st SW 1st Avenue, Miami FL.

This acquisition will result in a single contract award.  

Scope of Work. Furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, and other required items to provide elevator replacement/modernization of passenger and service elevators (5 passenger, 1 freight). Specifications, drawing and other attachments listed bbelow will be provided:

Combied Specifications, Design Narrative, Combined Final Drawings, Elevator Pre-Alteration, Forms & Surfaces, Passenger Elevator, Forms & Surfaces Service Elevator, Wage Determinations, Past performance Questionnaire 

Duration of the project: All work to be completed within 480 calendar days from the contractor's receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). 

This procurement is an UNRESTRICTED full and open requirement.  

Disclosure of the Magnitude of  Construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220, and has a asize standard of $36 Million.
