3 May 2022 -Amendment 0001 Answers to Questions asked  

The South Dakota National Guard Regional Training Institute has a requirment for loding during the Officer's Candidate School 3 June - 30 July.  This requirement will result in two awards, one for the main lodging and one for overflow lodging.

The main lodging will be 1,995 room nights for semi private rooms (35 room x 57 nights) and 1,140 room nights for private rooms (20 rooms x 57 nights).

The overflow lodging will be up to 173 room nights and will broken up by phases:

3 June - 18 June: 5 rooms x 15 nights

18 June - 16 June: 1 room x 28 nights (this room is not confirmed at this time)

16 July - 30 July: 5 rooms x 14 nights

The solicitation will be Full and Open competition with no set-aside.  The awards will be Firm Fixed Price.

Solicitation will be posted within two weeks of this presolicitation.
