Description
All labor, materials, equipment, commissioning, supervision, and all other resources necessary to perform services required for the following work:
- Demolition of existing flooring material and wall finishes.
- Demolition of existing ACT ceiling tile and metal suspension system
- Installation of new flooring throughout the building interior.
- Installation of new paint on the walls throughout the building interior.
- Installation of new ceiling grid and ACT systems.
