Description

Kitchen Trailers 1. Description: This requirement is to rent a total of seven (7) trailers during the Loch Raven Campus VA Clinic renovation in support of the Baltimore VA Medical Center. 2. Scope of Work: We are seeking quantity (6) kitchen trailers and (1) office trailer. The contractor will provide all material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the usage of the trailer rentals. Work will be completed in 90-days and must be delivered by 9/30/2024. 3. Equipment Maintenance: Kitchen trailers shall be provided in good working condition at all times in order to provide high quality food service. Contractor shall be responsible for the preventative maintenance, emergency and general repairs, safety, and upkeep of all equipment furnished by contractor. The contractor shall provide at no cost to the VA, all emergency repairs of the mobile kitchen structure and equipment to maintain a safe environment as recommended by the original equipment manufacturer in accordance with the agreed upon schedule with the COR upon award. 6. Response Time: In the event of an equipment failure during normal working hours while in the performance of the Contractor s services, the Contractor shall notify the COR or designee immediately after discovery of equipment failure while on site. Every effort shall be made to keep equipment down to a minimum of 24 hours of less. If repair services are required to be performed on site after the normal working hours, the Contractor shall notify the COR or designee that services will be performed on-site. 7.
