Additional Requirements:
A. Column Spacing: Regular, interior column spacing shall not be less than 20 feet center to center; minor deviations may be allowed, subject to a test-fit plan submitted with the initial offer that demonstrates design efficiency is not compromised by the minor deviations.
B. Space shall be horizontally contiguous, accessible by the same elevator bank, and vertically connected with stairwells.
C. If Space is not vertically stacked, no more than one interruption between vertically contiguous blocks of space is acceptable.
D. The offered building may not house any federal, state or local law enforcement agency.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
