Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on Contract Opportunities (https://sam.gov/content/opportunities).
The RFQ number is N62742-22-P-3705. The intent of this acquisition is to reconfigure the existing workspaces within our Building 258 work areas and to provide additional workstations. These workspaces are under the cognizance of the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command. Provide services and labor to accomplish the work identified in this scope of work and attached drawings and specifications. The Contractor will be tasked to inventory the existing furniture within the affected spaces; dismantle existing furniture; store the furniture and dismantled parts to be reused; order new product to be installed; and discard any unused parts and trash. Services will require survey of the inventory to be reused/disposed and then delivered to a designated storage area located in Building 200.
This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 and DFARS Publication Notice 20220526. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 337214 and the Small Business Standard is 1,000 (number of employees). The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision.
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing:

Delivery Location is NAVFAC Pacific, 258 Makalapa Drive Suite 100 Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii 96860. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
