Description

10 August 2023- Amendment 0002 Issued.

9 August 2023 Update: We have finished answering the questions and are waiting final approval to post. We intend to issue an amendment tomorrow, 10 August 2023, to provide answers to all questions asked timely as well as extend the RFP due date to at least 18 August 2023 at 10:00am EST. Please see amendment when it is issued for the final decision and final say on all matters. Please do NOT contact the Specialist or KO. We are unable to handle the volume of questions from this and other work we are doing. This is the only update you will receive and will be directed back here if you contact the RCO.

1 August 2023 Update: We continue to work on the questions received. We still do not have an estimated time to complete. We will still update SAM.gov with an amendment once this process is complete. We intend to issue an amendment on 9 August 2023 to extend the deadline whether or not we have finished with the Q&A. We will be extending the deadline for approximately 7 days from the date that the answers are posted to SAM.gov. Please do not contact the Contracting Officer or Specialist as you will be directed back to this update for information. Thank you.

26 July 2023 Update: We are currently working on the questions received. We do not have an estimated time to complete. We will update SAM.gov with an amendment once the questions and answers are completed. We understand that companies are currently working on proposals and would like to have the information requested. We fully intend to review the proposal due date to ensure time to review the Government's answers. We currently anticipate ensuring that companies have at least 7 days after the answers are released to make any final revisions to their proposals needed based on the answers we provide. However this is just an estimate and not binding.
