INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT
Industry Day Notice for re-occurring requirements at the United States Meat Animal Research Center (USMARC) located at Clay Center, NE.
The USDA Agriculture Research Service (ARS), Plains Area, will host an Industry Day for the annual, re-occurring requirement needs of the USMARC facility. The goal of the event is to provide potential vendors with information regarding these re-occurring requirements, and to answer questions that may arise. The purpose of the Industry Day is only to facilitate communications and answer questions regarding these requirements and the acquisition process. Examples include, but are not limited to, annual sheep shearing, various animal feed purchases, water well services, and fertilizer purchases.

Registration shall be made via email to David W. Reynolds, Contracting Officer, at david.reynolds2@usda.gov. Registrations shall include the company name and the name(s) of the individuals who will be in attendance. Registration is limited to two (2) representatives from each organization attending the Industry Day.
Registration will close on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 12:00PM CST. Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins will not be permitted. The Contracting Officer will reply with confirmation of registration via email. All expenses associated with attendance will be the responsibility of the participant(s). Food and refreshments will NOT be provided.
