Description

The Naval Air Warefare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst in support of Prototype, Manufacturing and Test (PMTD) is seeking sources that can provide tools to support the F18,MQ4C,H53K and H60 Tool Control Program. 

Potential sources shall be required to provide the tools on the attached list. This brand name toolbox procurement is for a total quantity of 302 tool kits with customized tools for the programs referenced above. The program, tool grouping and amount of kits are as follows: F18 Program, 4 Tool Groupings, totaling 160 tool kits; MQ4C Program, 19 Tool Groupings, totaling 62 tool kits; H53K Program, 18 Tool Groupings totaling 22 tool kits; and H60 Program, 37 Tool Groupings, totaling 58 tool kits.  This effort is a continuation of the tools already in place at the squadron level, and each specific toolbox is designed to accomplish a specific maintenance task on all F18, MQ4C, H53K, and H60 aircraft variants. This provides the fleet and international forces with standardized toolboxes ensuring that all tools are accounted for upon completion of each maintenance task which is critical to mission readiness and safety of flight.

DFARS 252.225-7015 will apply to this action, thus all "Hand or measuring tools delievered under this contract shall be produced in the United States or its outlying areas."

Potential sources must suppy their complete warrany from the OEM flowed down to the Government.
