Description

The National Park Service (NPS) issues a Prospectus soliciting proposals for the award of up to three (3) Concession Contracts to provide the Sale of Visitor Convenience Items within various National Park units within Interior Regions 6, 7 & 8. The services included in this Prospectus must be provided in conjunction with a Cooperating Association Agreement for sales activities within each Park Unit. The effective date of each concession contract in this solicitation is January 1, 2023. The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contracts. The Prospectus will be available at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm

Preferred Offeror

The Director, pursuant to the terms of 36 CFR Part 51 has determined the three (3) Contracts under this solicitation are qualified Contracts and, therefore, the existing Concessioners are Preferred Offerors for the respective new Contracts. Submission of a Proposal

In order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contract, the Proposal, including that of the Existing Concessioner, must be received by the Commercial Services Program Lead, Interior Regions 6, 7 & 8 , National Park Service by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on November 3, 2022. See Prospectus Part II Proposal Instructions for details on how and to whom to submit a proposal.
