NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Scriptpro USA Inc, 5828 Reeds Road, Mission, KS 66202 for Scriptpro Storage Retrieval System for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health care System Joint Ambulatory Care Center, 790 Veterans Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32509 and Navy Hospital Pensacola, 6000 W. Highway 98, Pensacola Fl 32512. Scriptpro USA Inc is the manufacturer and the only known authorized distributor for their Storage Retrieval System. This procurement is also being conducted in accordance with procedures in FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting from a single source. Scriptpro Storage Retrieval System is required to be integrated with and interoperability existing Scriptpro Storage Retrieval System and software utilized by the gulf coast Veterans Health Care System. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, and the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) is 2023-04, dated 06/02/2023.
