General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

North: begin at intersection of route 322 and
route 1, continue northeast on route 1 to route
352
East: at the intersection of route 1 and route
352, continue south down route 352 to I-95. At
I-95 intersection, continue south on I-95 to the
PA/DE border.
South: southernmost border is the state line
between I-95 and route 202
West: Route 202 back to Point of Beginning

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-Year floodplain).
