Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) specifies the requirements of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation and Missile Center (DEVCOM AvMC) Redstone Scientific Information Center (RSIC) Book and Journal Disposal Support
Services. 

The RFP is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. Contractors are requested to submit a firm fixed price (FFP) proposal in accordance with RFP W9124P-22-R-0004 (found in attachments). Proposals are requested no later than 3:00PM Central Standard Time (CST) Friday 17 December 2021.  In responding to this RFQ, it is the contractor’s responsibility to provide current, relevant, complete, and accurate information.

An evaluation for technical acceptability will be made to ensure satisfactory responsiveness to the requirements set forth in the PWS. Proposals will be rated “Acceptable” or “Unacceptable” using Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA)
evaluation criteria.

Acceptable: A quotation is acceptable if it demonstrates to the government evaluators that the contractor can provide the required services at a fair and reasonable price in accordance with in the stardards of the PWS and RFP W9124P-22-R-0004.

Unacceptable: A quotation will be deemed unacceptable if the contractor fails to demonstrate the ability provide the required services at a fair and reasonable price in accordance with in the stardards of the PWS and RFP W9124P-22-R-0004.
