Description

This is a Sources Sought notice not a Request for Quote at this time.
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify vendors that are able to fulfil the below requirement, as detailed in the attached statement of objectives. 
The 420 ABS has a requirement for design, supply and installation of office furniture to support the move of Logistics Readiness staff to Building 56 at RAF Fairford to accommodate the following basic features:
  - (6) Workstations into the office areas: (3) in "glassed offices" & (3) in "small walled office" (SIPR Room)
  - (4) Cubicle offices with privacy doors; each would measure approximately 12 foot x 12 foot (~7 foot walls)  
  - (14) Cubical work stations; each cubical would measure approximately 8 foot x 8 foot (~5 foot walls)
  - (1) Conference room that can accommodate up to 40 personnel (~7 foot walls)  
  - (2) Breakout rooms that can accommodate up to (6) personnel each (~7 foot walls)  
The modular furniture design should be ergonomic in nature while maximizing natural light and minimizing background noise.  The proposal should consider the following factors: existing communications drops, electrical outlets, air conditioning vents and sprinkler heads.
A site visit will be conducted; this is provisionally scheduled for 16 January 2024.
