General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Space shall offer:

  • Access to building weekdays 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM with potential to access space after hours and on weekends based on specific project requirements.
  • Fiber Internet Access required (or) must be able to bring fiber internet to the leased space.
  • Contiguous space is required.
  • Office ceiling minimum clearance height 9’ but no more than 12’.
  • 24/7 HVAC required for dedicated LAN room.
  • Must have the ability to display proper agency signage.
  • An elevator is required if the designated space is on the second floor or higher.

Parking Requirements: (17 Total On-site Spaces)

  • Fenced parking for 10 Government vehicles.
  • Fenced trailer parking for 2 trailers (length 12’ x width 8’ x height 9’)
  • Additional 5 visitor parking spaces.
  • Garage parking with card access is an option in lieu of fenced parking.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
