Description
1. Army Contracting Command New Jersey is requesting information from interested vendors regarding a requirement for the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division (USACID) Major Procurement Fraud Field Office for 20 user accounts of Web of Science with Chinese Language Citation plus technical and maintenance support for the base year and each of the three option years. The requirement is in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) MPFU Clarivate Analytics Web of Science, dated 13 January 2023. The specification for the software includes 20 user accounts for access to the most up-to-date version of Web of Science with Chinese Language Citation, plus technical support. The contract type will be a purchase through an already existing firm fixed price type contract for the required software and maintenance support. The contractor shall provide all user accounts within 30 business days of contract award. Accelerated deliveries are acceptable and encouraged at no additional cost to the Government. The delivery of licenses shall be coordinated with the Point of Contact (POC) in paragraph 1.5 of the SOW, three business days before delivery to set up time/date to deliver the licenses and coordinate installation access. The locations for delivery are on both military installations and civilian offices. The contractor will have no need to access these facilities. User accounts will be delivered over secured networks, which are maintained by USACID IT Support personnel. Additional information is included in the Statement of Work.
