Notification of the SEC's Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract to Dealogic, LLC

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price contract on a sole source basis to Dealogic, L.L.C., 1345 Ave of the Americas FL 49, New York, New York, 10105-4900 for access to Dealogic Analytics Platform. The NAICS code is 511210. The contracting officer has determined that Dealogic, LLC is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.501(a). The SEC requires a comprehensive source of investment banking trends and deal activity in the equity and debt capital markets, as well as project finance, syndicated loans and mergers and acquisitions. The platform includes Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Syndicated Lending, and Merger & Acquisitions.  The SEC requires access to the following Dealogic modules: ECM Analytics, DCM Analytics, Loan Analytics, and M&A Analytics.

The period of performance for the contract is anticipated to be one year with four one-year option periods.

The SEC intends to award a contract to Dealogic, L.L.C. on or about June 15, 2022.

This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
