Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic (RHCO-A), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed, contract for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Ft Bragg, North Carolina. The requirement for Third Party Collection Services. This requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses.

The Solicitation number is W91YTZ23R0001.

Please refer to attachment labeled “Performance Work Statement” for a detailed list of required services to be performed under this requirement.

The expected Period of Performance is:

Base Period:     1 January 2023 through 31 December 2023

Option Year 1:   1 January 2024 through 31 December 2024

Option Year 2:   1 January 2025 through 31 December 2025

Option Year 3:   1 January 2026 through 31 December 2026

The requirement will be using NAICS Code 524298.  All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).  SAM can be accessed via the internet at www.sam.gov/.  Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract.
