Description

SEE ATTACHMENTS AND  INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFEROR

The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) detachment Everett, Washington, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract(s) to accomplish maintenance, modernization, and repair of the USS GRIDLEY and USS SAMPSON through the completion of the work items included in attachment J-1.
This acquisition is solicited as unrestricted, under under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336611 (Non-Nuclear Ship Repair West).
The period of performance for USS GRIDLEY is scheduled to be February 28 2023 to October 01 2023.
The period of performance for USS SAMPSON is scheduled to be February 14 2023 to August 02 2023.
Prospective offerors must have previously executed either a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). or possess the necessarv qualifications to perform the work and agree to execute such an agreement before award of the contract.
All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to recieve award of Government contracts. Offerors are advised also that SAM representations and certifications can be completed electronically via the System for Award Management website at https://sam.gov. All inquiries shall be made via email directed to Brandon Sisson, Contract Specialist, at brandon.m.sisson@navy.mil, and Charles R. Smith, Contracting Officer, at charles.r.smith13@navy.mil.

Requests for clarifications shall be submitted no later than 05 August 2022 at 10:00 am Pacific Time (PST). The Government reserves the right to not answer any requests received after 05 August 2022 at 10:00 am Pacific Time (PST).

Please submit your proposal, along with the rest of the solicitation requirements in the current solicitation, no later than 19 August 2022 by 10:00 AM Pacific Time via DoDSAFE. Please submit request for DoDSAFE drop-off link via email to
