Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Commanding - Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Raytheon Intelligence Information Systems (RIS), 1727 Cityline Drive, Richardson, TX 75082.
The proposed action will provide the maintenance, sustainment, and upgrade/modernization of the Cross-Domain Enterprise All-Source User Repository system (CENTAUR) in support of real-world intelligence operations. The CENTAUR system is a modern mission essential, modularized hardware and software Cross Domain Enterprise Solution (CDS) All-Source User Repository that provides for machine to machine, cross-domain Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) sharing between US secure domains and coalition security domains. The systems provide real-world operational mission support to multiple military services, national organizations. Additionally, the system configuration includes the Coalition Data Broker (CDB) supporting the Coalition Focus Team (CFT)-aligned Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Integrated Backbone (DIB) / Common Data Fabric (CDF) / Distributed Data Framework (DDF). This contract will support the continued modernization, testing, and implementation of DIB/CDF/DDF coalition data sharing capabilities and interfaces, using the existing coalition shared data servers (CSDs) building interfaces based on the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Standardization Agreement (STANAG) 4559.
This effort is intended to be issued as a five (5) year ordering period, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price basis. This synopsis is for information only and is not to be considered a request for proposal. No proposals are being requested or accepted at this time with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSAL AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS.
