Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Washington

City: Seattle

Delineated Area:

King County International Airport - Boeing Field

Renton Municipal Airport

Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,475

Space Type: Hangar

Parking Spaces (Total): 2

Parking Spaces (Surface): 2

Full Term: 20 years

Firm Term: 5 years

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.

Other specialized requirements include:

  • The hangar must be located at an airport with 24 hour jet fuel service.
  • Hangar space must have a ceiling height of at least 20 feet.
  • Hangar bay door must be at least 60 feet wide and 20 feet tall
  • Hangar must be accessible by authorized personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
